From galvanised coil to coloured roof — one steel partner
Avighna's colour coating line turns galvanised (GI) and galvalume (GL) coil into pre-painted steel — PPGI and PPGL — for roofing, wall cladding, pre-engineered buildings, sandwich panels, white goods, doors and furniture. Each coil is cleaned, chemically pre-treated, primed and finish-coated with polyester, SMP or PVDF paint, then cured, checked and recoiled. Because we source the base coil, coat it and form it into profile sheets at the same site, you get consistent shade, film thickness and flatness with one point of accountability. The line runs 0.14–1.20 mm thickness and 700–1500 mm width, and is planned for production in Raigad district from December 2027.
