AvighnaAdvantage
Off-grade, secondary and surplus flat-rolled material graded honestly, reprocessed in-house and matched only to applications the grade genuinely serves — a structural 5–15% cost advantage for MSME and SME manufacturers.
Reprocessed and off-grade steel at a real cost advantage
What we offer
- Off-grade, secondary and surplus coil aggregated from mills, importers and RegenX
- Inspection and A–D grading before anything is offered
- In-house shearing and slitting to remove defective margin

Secondary steel that performs like prime, at a better price
Secondary, excess and unallocated steel is sound material that became available outside the normal mill order route. Most of it is not defective. It just did not match one buyer's original order. After grading, testing and trimming, it serves many other applications as well as prime material does, at 5–15% lower cost.

Why steel becomes secondary
The coil was rolled wider than the original order. Once we slit away the extra width, the remaining steel is prime quality.
The chemistry is slightly outside one buyer's range, but the yield, tensile strength and elongation still meet standard grades for other uses.
Extra tonnage rolled to cover a contract. These coils are identical to the prime order.
New, prime coils that need a new buyer after an order was cancelled.
Wavy edges or small edge cracks inside the trim zone. Slitting removes them completely.
Light marks or staining that do not affect strength. Good for hidden, structural, painted or coated parts.
Material we reprocess
Structural parts, tube mills, frames and general fabrication. Often available in heavier gauges, usually because the coil is off-width.
Descaled, cleaner surface for welding, painting and forming. Common reasons: chemistry or width variation.
Better finish and tighter tolerances for appliances, panels and precision parts. Available less often than HR.
Zinc-coated steel for roofing, ducting and outdoor use. Common reasons: coating-weight, spangle or width variation.
How we source, test and reprocess
We gather secondary and excess coils from mills, service centres, importers and RegenX aggregation.
We check thickness, width and surface. Mechanical tests confirm yield, tensile strength and elongation.
Each lot gets a published grade and discount band, with mill test certificates wherever available.
We trim, slit, cut to length or blank in-house to remove the defective margin.
Each lot goes only to applications its grade serves, then ships just in time from our nearest location.
Ways to buy
Master coils or sheets at the best price, for buyers who have their own processing lines.
Slit widths, cut-to-length sheets or blanks made to your drawing and ready for your line.
Part-coil lots for MSMEs, trial runs and project quantities, so you do not have to hold extra stock.
