Metal packaging
Steel packaging built like a rock — solid, long-lasting, printed to your brand
Golden, plain and printed tinplate cans, tins, pails, drums, aerosol cans, closures and printed sheets — made from our own coated steel.
Overview
From coated coil to finished can — one steel partner
Avighna carries its own tinplate and tin-free steel downstream into finished packaging. We cut, lacquer and offset-print sheet on our lines, then form it into cans, tins, pails, drums and closures for food, edible oil, dairy, paints, chemicals, personal care and gifting brands. Because substrate, printing and fabrication sit under one roof, you get consistent gauge, colour and seam quality with one point of accountability. Every pack is steel only — infinitely recyclable, hygienic, non-reactive and strong in transit — in bright golden, plain silver or fully printed finishes.

Easy-open & two-piece cans
Seamless cans that open by hand
A two-piece can is drawn from a single tinplate or tin-free steel disc into a seamless body, so only one end is seamed on. With no side seam there is no weld line to leak, the body can be printed all round, and shallow cans for fish, meat, pet food and ready meals stack neatly. Paired with a full-aperture easy-open end, the can opens by hand with no opener.
| Body | Seamless, drawn from one disc (DRD) |
|---|---|
| Material | Tinplate or tin-free steel, lacquered |
| End types | Full-aperture ring-pull, peel-off foil |
| Common diameters | 65 / 73 / 83 / 99 mm (211 / 300 / 307 / 401) |

Why Tin Packaging Wins
Six structural reasons steel and tinplate outperform alternative packaging and construction materials.

Steel recycles forever without any loss of quality, keeping material in a genuine circular loop rather than downcycling toward disposal.

A complete barrier against light, oxygen and moisture — delivering shelf life flexible and plastic formats struggle to match.

Rigid construction and crimped closures make metal packaging difficult to tamper with undetected, protecting product and brand.

A smooth, rigid surface takes high-quality offset print directly, making the package itself a branding canvas.

Rigidity protects contents through stacking, handling and long-distance transport without secondary packaging.

An impermeable barrier holds in volatile aromatics — critical for coffee, ghee, spices and edible oils.
