About conical & straight pails
Conical pails nest for transport — roughly 2,000 per truck against 900 cylindrical, cutting freight cost by close to 55% — with tamper-evident crimped closures. Each pack is made from Avighna's own tinplate or tin-free steel, cut and lacquered on our lines and offset-printed in 2 or 4 colours on sheets up to 1200 mm. You choose a bright golden, plain silver or fully printed finish, the inner coating that suits your product, and the closure your filling line runs. Formats include conical nesting pails, straight-sided pails, handled pails. Every container is steel only — hygienic, non-reactive, strong in transit and infinitely recyclable — with seam and leak checks on each lot before despatch.
