Scraps Recycling
Through RegenX Innovations, we aggregate segregated steel and metal scrap from domestic generators and imports, and supply it graded and furnace-ready to induction and arc furnace owners.

From generator to furnace
Scrap is collected from domestic generators — processing and stamping units, fabrication shops, can makers and demolition — and from imports. It is kept segregated, weighed and graded before it ever reaches a furnace.
- Segregated at source, not mixed
- Weighbridge and grade record per lot
- Domestic and imported sources
Grades
Scrap we aggregate
Kept segregated by grade so furnace owners get a predictable charge.
Baled cold-rolled and galvanised offcuts from press shops — clean, dense charge.
Heavy melting scrap, sized for induction and arc furnaces.
Uniform, dense shredded steel — fast melting, low contamination.
Low-residual new production scrap from stamping lines.
Machining scrap, briquetted where required.
Tinplate, aluminium and copper scrap kept separate for specialist melters.
Avighna Advantage
Why furnace owners work with RegenX
A furnace is only as good as its charge. Segregated, graded scrap means predictable chemistry, better yield and fewer surprises in the melt.
No mixed loads — every lot is one grade.
Clean, dense charge reduces slag and power per tonne.
Domestic plus import sources smooth supply through the year.
Our own processing offcuts return to the melt, closing the loop.
