Roll Forming & Profiling

Roll forming shapes pre-painted PPGI or PPGL coil into roofing and wall profiles by passing it through a series of roller stations, each bending the sheet a little further until the final corrugated or trapezoidal shape is reached. The formed sheet is then cut to the exact length your building needs.

Profiled sheets add strength to thin coated steel so it can span between purlins, shed rain quickly and give buildings a clean, modern look. Careful forming protects the paint film, and cutting to length avoids overlaps and site waste.
