Tin Cans Manufacturing

Tin can manufacturing turns plain or printed tinplate sheets into finished, ready-to-fill packs — from food cans to general line containers: square, rectangular and round tins from 1 to 18 litres for edible oil, ghee, lubricants and agrochemicals. Sheets are slit into body blanks, rolled and welded or seamed into cylinders or square bodies, flanged, and joined to ends that are stamped separately. Handles, lids and internal linings are added to suit the product.

A well-made can protects food, oil, paint or chemicals from air, light and leakage, stacks safely and carries your brand on the shelf. Leak-tightness, seam quality and the right internal lacquer for the product are what separate a reliable container from a costly failure in the market.

Avighna's Khopoli facility is planned for 50,000 MT per annum of cans and containers. Because we also supply the tinplate and print it, you deal with one partner from sheet to finished pack, with every batch leak-tested and traced in our digital record.
