What Avighna does with PPGI

How it is made

How PPGI is made

Galvanised coil is chemically pretreated, then roller-coated and oven-baked in a continuous colour coating line.

  1. 1
    Pretreatment

Galvanised strip is cleaned and chemically converted so paint adheres permanently rather than sitting on the zinc.

  2. 2
    Primer coat & cure

A primer is roller-applied to both faces and cured in a hot-air oven.

  3. 3
    Top coat & bake

The finish coat is applied to the RAL shade and baked to a controlled peak metal temperature.

  4. 4
    Cooling & recoiling

Water quenching and recoiling follow; film thickness, gloss, adhesion and bend are tested per coil.
