What Avighna does with Secondary / NCO
How Secondary / NCO is made
Off-grade and surplus coil is graded, then reprocessed in-house into usable, correctly sized material.

- 1Aggregation
Secondary, off-grade and surplus coil is collected from mills, importers and RegenX scrap recovery.
- 2Inspection & grading
Surface, gauge and coating are assessed and the coil graded to the applications it can serve.
- 3Shearing & slitting
Defective margin is removed and the balance cut to the buyer's exact size on our own lines.
- 4Application matching
Each lot is matched to an end use where the grade performs — pails, drums, general-line packaging, MSME fabrication.
